The American Water Spaniel Block
TheAmerican Water Spaniel is Wisconsin's State dog. The dog I
used as a model for this block is Percy, a Spaniel that my dog
Madison, a Golden Retriever plays with. Percy belongs to my
Chicago friends. I was late with this month's block because I was
working on a group quilt project for the Cedarburg Quilt Museum, a
mariner compass quilt. We hope to raise money with this quilt to
