The polka is Wisconsin's state dance. I go the Lakefront Brewery
Fish-Fry with my family and friends where they have a large dance
floor where a polka band plays and the people dance the polka before
their fish fry (another Wisconsin tradition). It is very German.
Finished size of the Wisconsin Pride quilt is 85" x 106". This quilt is traditional
needle-turn appliqué quilt (Appliqué Samplers),
finished block size is 21" x 21". The color combinations are red
and green, blue and yellow, etc. Cut background fabric to 23" x
23", then once the appliqué block is done, trim the block to
21.5"x21.5".
