Wisconsin State Capitol Building/Santa
The current Wisconsin State Capitol building is located on an ithsmus
between two lakes in Madison, Wisconsin. Madison is also
the home of the University of Wisconsin. The capitol
building is the fourth building to house the state legislature and was
completed in 1917. The capitol is always open to the public which
is actually handy for walking through the building while on a walk up
or down the ithsmus!
Finished size of the Wisconsin Pride quilt is 85" x 106". This
quilt is traditional needle-turn appliqué quilt (Appliqué
Samplers), finished block size is 21" x 21". The color
combinations are red and green, blue and yellow, etc. Cut
background fabric to 23" x 23", then once the appliqué block is
done, trim the block to 21.5"x21.5".
